The Hawks have seen him up-close on several occasions and are suitably impressed. The Hawks are still intrigued with UConn center Donovan Clingan, although not nearly as much as Sarr.” It was @AHF that told him that

I missed it at first read but, Pelton added rankings for Dalton Knecht and Bronny James after the top-30. 35. Dalton Knecht 45. Bronny James Still disrespectful. Based on his recent previous projections, I'd say it's a good model. The top 4 is understandable and like I said Risacher gives me Hunter vibes and is being overhyped by the spurs to get their real guy at 4 (Reed)
gurpilo
I am basically starting to accept that trading 1 for 4 and 8, and getting Clingan and Knetch Castle, Salaun or Holland might be a good plan, I still prefer to select Sarr but I can see the logic on that move.

Getting both would be ideal. I was not big on Scoot so this checks out.
Popular Post Bonzaii58
If Sarr is the best prospect on our board we should take him. Full stop. Who cares what his agent says or what the wizards want. With FA starting soon, our FO needs to focus on how we can put the best supporting cast around Trae. I’m sure once the draft is over all of that will open up but hopefully we’ve asked the Wolves about Smart and I’d even explore what it would take to get OG.
ShooterSays
Sarr is definitely my preferred choice. But, Clingan/Holland or Clingan/Knecht would be pretty damn cool.
theheroatl
After tons of thought.. I think the safest/best talent picks are. 1. Reed Sheppard 2. Clingan OR Sarr I'm ok with those. I'm not ok with Risacher at this point.

He also had Luka and Trae in his top three in 2018. Of all draft analysts he has more hits and fewer misses than anybody.

By picking Reed at 1 and hoping Clingan drops to 5, then find a deal with DJM to Detroit Risacher would have to go 3(which I doubt because a team trades up) and then Spurs take Castle at 4 Edited June 24 by ShayD
