Good job, squd.  We need to do some recruitin'.  The Outsiders haven't released an update in weeks!  We're losing ground.

Who was the other dude. @marco102 or wait he’s been in. OH, ATLhero! Atlas..  @SalvorMallow.. @warcore .. this is how you construct a team baby! We can’t go past 12 folks though. We are at about 6-8. Otherwise it just won’t make sense. Nobody tell the mods it’s a secret mission.

Jontay Porter racked up gambling debts prior to throwing games?

Federal prosecutors allege that Porter had racked up large gambling debts in the beginning of the year to co-conspirators, and was encouraged to clear those debts by throwing games in order for certain bets to hit.

A Brooklyn man was charged Tuesday in connection with an alleged illegal sports betting scheme involving Jontay Porter, the former Toronto Raptors player who was banned from the NBA after he bet on his own team to lose.

According to federal prosecutors in Brooklyn, Long Phi “Bruce” Pham, knowing that Porter planned to withdraw from the game, placed bets on Porter’s performance for the Raptors’ matchup against the LA Clippers on Jan. 26. Shortly before that game, prosecutors said Porter told Pham he would exit early in the contest, claiming he was injured. As a result, a co-conspirator won $40,250.

Seriously George Karl may have not won anything ever but the hatorade of the decade goes to him . Having said that he’s right on this one

Given that LA is going to be relying on signing FA stars in the near future or facing a total disaster as far as roster talent, I'm pretty sure they do not currently represent the ultimate head coaching position.  But yes Dookies do tend to get promoted without necessary experience - see Grant Hill's role with the national team and the disaster of a roster he put together last time.
