Even if Zac plays some minutes there, that would leave SF quite shallow. DJM needs to return a wing. Well that’s a reason I wanted Sheppard to be thrown in as our starting SG and use DJM to get an established wing. Now we have the reverse problem but I guess Risacher might be the bigger SG for us if we get an established SF (Kuzma or Ingram)

I'd play Zacc at SG. 2

I'm pretty sure that's exactly what Landry has in mind. They say he can guard 2s and his height gives him an advantage on the offensive end against SGs. 1

He will make a nice PG or combo guard. 1

He should be able to play minutes at both positions. He could start at SG and if you are giving Bogi 26 mpg and say 4 minutes to Bufkin then ZR plays 18 at SG and 13 at SF or something.

Dre should probably be kept for the upcoming season. Still want to move on from Clint though

It’s ideal to be in the middle of the league around 26 yo, where they were, but losing Bey and DJ (average age 26) for Zac and Dyson (average age 20) doesn’t bode well for team maturity at all. Hawks just got much younger and lost two proven offensive weapons in DJ’s midrange and Bey’s offensive rebounding. It seems obvious to me this is a rebuild.

I agree for keeping Hunter, he's the only guy we have that can gaurd beefier wings.

But add Nance at 31 years who van replace Bey's rebounding at PF But yes a very young team

Granted the Hawks have two snipers in Bogi and Garry Bird, but only one two way player with a mid motor in Dre. Clint is a decent vet glue man but he doesn’t commmicate or stretch near Horfords level. SMH.

The addition of Nance should not be underestimated, he is a quality veteran that will add toughness and useful minutes, his advance stats are really good. He can shot the 3 with good percentages as well something that is really useful for Atlanta. With all this youth movement I think we should add a veteran guard an Forward to the rotation, Delon Wright or my dream Deanthony Melton (probably really expensive for us) and Naji Marshall, Crowder or Bullock, I know Marshall is probably not a veteran but definately a really good defender that could really help.
