The announcers are talking about the very reason WHY I wanted the Hawks to draft Luka (this isn't a Trae vs Luka comment).  They are pointing out the maturity of Risacher because he played pro ball at a young age.  Its why he looks NBA ready right now.   It also reminds me of when I saw Jalen Johnson in a Hawks uniform for the very first time.
