With the trade being complete - I wonder if we see Lidell in the SL? 3rd year player, but missed his rookie year with injury ... so he's really like a 2nd year player with only 8 NBA games under his belt.

I hope so.  He should use every chance to get exposure that he can.  I don't expect a lot of minutes for him unless he pushes people aside to take them.

Liddell, we are told, was very good in college.  Injured early in his NBA career and just played briefly late in the season last year.  This is the completely unknown factor in this trade.  If he bombs out, so what.  No biggie.  There is a good chance that he will be 100% healthy and can resume where he left off in college.  If this happens, a big win for the Hawks!
