I am a fan of Spo's.  Smart, versatile, and strong on fundamentals and development.  He may not be the best coach in the game but he is up there, imo.

Hey that’s not funny! Sadly I have a toine CELTIC ONE!!!! {the room’s respect level decreases}. A gift from my sister who visited Boston. It wasn’t thoughtful at all because growing up I have Nique posters all over our room (we had to share a room for a year) perhaps that’s why she did it. A hoax revenge gift for the times I listened in on all her conversations with her friends.

I agree. I mean, I said was an 85 Jordan feel before Garnett and the Price thing before Mark but I’m not sure how much I believe it myself. Price was special. First off, he never missed ft, like ever. Gramps loves this. Three point specialist. Maybe Reed has this. What about getting his team in great sets, being patient and the ability to pass like Price is a big question mark. A lot of guys have come out and had some of the tools but they didn’t have everything Price did. Intangibles is another thing. No, Price knew how to play team basketball and always played the right way. 
 

 

Having said that, I disliked him greatly as his Cavs teams were really good and gave us fits. I remember a span of a couple of years in the early 90’s they may have beaten us like 9/10 meeting or even worse. One year I remember they swept us. Jordan stood in their way of a title probably more than any other team, well perhaps the Knicks too with Mike. Ownage.

For me, that is my "favorite" (least hated?) Boston era with Pitino coaching Delk, Walker, Mercer, McCarty, etc. all on the same team.  I'd rather have that than a Danny Manning jersey.

But we could maybe get you the full Twon-A-Tron collection with Atlanta, Miami, Dallas and Minnesota to boot.  You'd make it look good.

This trade makes perfect sense.  It wasn’t because Phoenix wanted Liddell but was a salary dump trade to save them money.  Checks out.  Hopefully we get some useful minutes from Roddy before he likely becomes an UFA after this season.

Seems they need talent advantages, just like any other team/coach, to win big.  They're a tough out and all that but why should that mean more for him than any other?

(Give me some leeway here, I'm messin with someone in particular.  I like Schpo too.)
