Dre just doesn't have the timing, technique and anticipatory skills for rebounding. He plays reactionary ball and not anticipatory.

His offense is finally coming around under Quin to make the defense react to him vs just being what they give him.

I do care how they turn out, but only as it relates to my personal scouting resume Beyond that, I have little to no interest in them (like Luka).  Zacc is a Hawk now, so his performance is the only one that matters and I genuinely hope that he makes us all look ridiculously foolish for wanting Sarr.

Zacc having the versatility to play minutes at the 2 or 3 should give us some ability to help him avoid some unfavorable matchups early in  his career.  Hunter and DD should have more mature bodies at this stage and may be better to matchup against someone like you are describing.

I watched the whole thing and what caught my eye was his herky jerky way of attacking the basket. He reminds me of Ginobili the way he can flexibly move his upper body one direction before his hips and legs are involved when driving. I don't know if he has Manu's skill at contorting while finishing in air, the footwork while in traffic isn't there either.

I think as he develops on the ball he won't be as reliant on a having a bunch of dribble moves. He'll need to improve his footwork and strength, but his self creation potential is there in my opinion.

Definitely hope that is how it plays out and not the Harrison Barnes projections.

Now that he is in a professional strength and conditioning program, anything is possible. He has the frame to put on extra muscle.

Nawl, RedD.  We scrapped the Giannis comps once we knew Sarr wasn't gonna be the pick.  We're using Tatum comps now.
