Need a PG

We are going to need a PG after the Walker trade. We need to make a run at Jamal Crawford before he gets dealt the Knicks.

I would think long and hard about signing Sura to play the point for at least the next year. His injury history is a concern but free agent options are very limited at this point. Maybe another trade is in the works.

I like Crawford...but you also ahve to take into account that he has some of JT's problems (in terms of mentality, didn't watch enough Bulls games with him as the fulltime point to comment on skills...though they're beneath that of Hinrich)...

but you have to realize that with Walker now in place? we have an offensive oriented team (with Harrington, Walker, Smooth off the bench, Diaw or Childress starting at the 2)...and someone's going to need a level head. That's more Diaw than Childress, though both are capable...but it could creat a VERY tumultuous team...

I still don't like this trade for soooo many reasons.

I heard on the radio that this trade would also give us delk.

Harrington/Diaw/Josh Smith

Walker/CC/Josh Smith

Dampier?/Collier

not too shabby if we get dampier. Dare I say playoffs?

I think this trade gives us alot of flexibility in that we can either just have capspace, or we can trade walker this season.

If we want to bring in a point guard, we should be looking at Mike James and Damon Jones, IMO. Mo Williams is a possibility as well. I like Mike James and Damon Jones though, because they both play tough defense on the point.
