Atlanta Hawks: Our own Eric Pincus has for a long time been reporting on this offseason's free agent commitments and Kenny Anderson has for been rumored to be coming to Atlanta virtually the entire summer. At first, it was believed to be on hold while Atlanta sorted out the Erick Dampier situation. What's the holdup now?

and i like the idea of getting earl watson or troy bell from memphis in exchange for not pursuing swift...we don't need swift now that we have smith/al/walker...we need a big, true center

I agree. I don't care much for Troy Bell but I've heard Watson is solid.

Watson would be a terrific pick-up but from what I have read Jerry West loves him. Watson is a real point guard and would be a solid, solid contributor.
