Would Seattle give up Flip for a 2nd rounder?

I think that they might. He is a guy who if given the chance, can score a ton of points. He is a good outside shooter which is something that we desperately need and he has multiple games with the Sonics where he doesnt even get off the bench.

We desperately need someone who can knock down the outside shot until Smooth and Childress develope their outside games some more. I think that offering a 2nd rounder is fair for them since I believe thats when he was drafted and they arent even using him.

He's their insurance against Ray Allen leaving to join LeBron.

If anything, they might bite if the Hawks offered Diaw+2nd rounder, but it's doubtful.

If the Hawks can't land Joe Johnson or Larry Hughes, I think Flip should be the next choice for a shooting guard.
