Football fans

MiamiDolphins.com is providing a streaming video feed at 5pm EST today of the Titans Dolphins scrimmage if anyone is interested in seeing some football. I know most of you are Falcons fans but hey football is football to some people like me and I will watch any team.

Oh man I bet its hot out there in Florida. And everywhere else actually.

I saw on the national nightly news the other day that ever since the Vikings Cory Stringer died of that heat stroke, and a few other high school players, that they have really increased the awareness of what heat does to the players in effort to make sure they dont get pushed to far. They said they always have a team doctor on the field, and that they are regularly weigh in to check for water weight, take more frequent water breaks, and have better mobility of refreshments for the players. From middle school to the big leagues, its good to see that something has been done to combat heat stroke deaths.

Football returns tonight! Skins and Niners, Spurrier's debut. Can't wait for the regular season to arrive, but I'll settle for pre-season games.

Yeah thats gonna be a real good game. I cant wait to watch it. Today was fun watching a live football game streaming over the net for free......I wish they did that during the regular season. Time to save up for the NFL sunday ticket again.
