Premium Member Wretch Posted March 12, 2005 Premium Member Report Share Posted March 12, 2005 International prospects vs. US HS prospects...I think that's the point he's making.

Premium Member Diesel Posted March 12, 2005 Author Premium Member Report Share Posted March 12, 2005 Any way... Look over the list carefully. HSers are the future. Period. Duncan played for Team USA so he is not a Euroballer. Look over the HSers... Lebron is the future. KG is the present. All these guys you're mentioning are good, but none of them are MVP calibre with the exception of Nash.. And TMAC just may swipe that away from him, if Amare doesn't. CBAreject
I think the comparison should be between HS players and guys who play in the Euro or International leagues at time of drafting. College players are college players whether they come from Europe or USA. Bogut, therefore, is a college player, not an Aussie baller.

Wright/Miles/Stevenson/ Look at each list. Sure, there are several Europlayers... But most of them are players who are set for a 10 day contract. The players listed on the HS side many have the possibility to be MVP of the league. It's no comparison whatsoever.

TheRedStripes
once again...Billups played 2 years of college ball at Colorado...that means he cant be on your High School straight to the NBA list
Nicholasp27
the hs players that are REALLY mvp/superstar worthy at this point... kobe/tmac/lebron/kg/jermaine/amare the euro players... nash/peja/dirk/yao/ak47/gasol anyway, the point isn't which brings more stars...the point is that bogut can PASS, can SHOOT, can REBOUND, and has done so against good competition and better-than-high-school competition...
