Marvin is being considered for the number one pick though, and if the Bucks are smart, Marvin will be the number one pick.

If there was even the slightest chance that the Bucks werent taking Bogut, dont you think they would be getting tons of offers from other teams to move up and take Marvin at #1? Why is it that the Hawks are the team getting the offers and not the Bucks? Because its obvious to everyone that Bogut is the #1 pick because 20 year 7'ers with his skillset are extremely rare and the Bucks wont be stupid and pass that up. I sincerely wish that they would though because I would LOVE to see Bogut fall to us at #2.
