LastDon
If we are so desperate for another wing(Marvin Williams) why didn't we work out Gerald Green, Martell Webster and others. All of this Marvin Williams talk was just us trying to force someones hand to give us something for him but with Utah trading up we don't have that luxury any more. Sage11
I think we all know that we have wing-men, they are a dime a dozen, but Marvin seems to be special, you simply do not pass up that UNLESS you can get his potential and picks in some type of deal. So I think Marvin to Atlanta is a done deal, unless the Bucks do the unexpected.....and take him first.
LastDon
why he didn't blow bucks and hawks away in workouts.
DominiqueWilkins
He did BLOW them away, by how well he could shot, his jumper was outstanding, and he's a OUTSTANDING talent.
Plainview1981
So outstanding that he was taken behind a player than many believe will be just a decent double double center.
Packfill
Hawks have some work to do. I guess Dan Dickau is available now.
LastDon
you consider that we passed on the best point guard in the last ten year and we don't have a starting point guard. Miles and 3 look really good right now!!!!
unknownjdb
Jeff McInnis! Get on the phone and get him here. If not Ivey and Dickau could get us through and maybe show us a little something special.
Plainview1981
Jeff McInnis? Come on now. Ivey get you through? Dude should be in the CBA. I'm sure they will pick up a respectable PG in FA... But none of these guys are the solution.
unknownjdb
But they get us through until we can actually get ours. Ivey showed early in last season that he can play (though some of the posters here have forgot). Jeff McInnis is solid and would get the ball into our scorers hands. I'm also for getting Dickau back if McInnis doesn't sign here. I am thinking realistically, Hughes will not come here and I'm not sure about Watson. Plainview1981
Ivey showed early in last season that he can play (though some of the posters here have forgot)." Ivey showed he can give decent backup minutes. He is NOT an NBA starter. "Jeff McInnis is solid and would get the ball into our scorers hands." There is a reason he ends up on the bench or gets ran off the teams he is on.
gohawks11
Marvin is the best player in this draft. period. end of question.
Plainview1981
If a team is built incorrectly that means little. KG is a top 5 player and wasn't even in the playoffs because of a poorly built team. PERIOD.
