i'm not just guessing...i witness his playing with my own eyes...

and my point is that you keep saying "u must not be watching" or whatever...but ALL of us who DID watch 60+ games did see the same thing...

he outrebounded opposing sgs by 3.5 rebounds...that's pretty good

he also played many more mins at sg than sf, so it's valid for us to say he's an EXCEPTIONAL rebounder for SGs, since he is a sg, was a sg, and will continue to be a sg...so ur point about forwards rebounding at the same rate has nothing to do with his exceptional rebounding for a sg

again, he could be a 20/10 sg in this league...that's huge!

nice@qualifying it with "before his contract is up"...so he doesn't get until his prime to accomplish something that few sgs (any?) accomplish...so u do believe he is capable of it...we'd eat our shorts to have a 20/10 pf, right now, yet a possible 20/10 sg is only a 'role player' ???

Once his contract is up, he's not as valuable. One of the reasons he's so valuable to the Hawks right now is that he contributes at a cheap rate.

but if he's even a 15/7 player by time his contract is up, he'll be very valuable to us at the new higher rate...he doesn't have to be 20/10 to be valuable

but yeah, right now he's potential and cheap...i'm just taking a stand against the 'future role player, no possibility of a star' camp
