So far I've only read the Suns as Finley's first choice because of Nash, but that makes sense about the Bulls since he is from there.

JJ may be a better player than Finley now, but you have to consider the price tag of each player as well. The Suns weakness this year in my opinion was no true center and maybe more importantly..very little depth at all. Matching a max deal for JJ and then signing Amare to the max means that they wont be able to address these weaknesses and may never be able to take that next step as a franchise. Signing Finley to a 3 year deal averageing much less than the deal JJ will get from us will allow them to maybe resign Steven Hunter and maybe get another center for depth and also would allow them to add overall depth to their team and cause them to be a much better team in the long run.
