Premium Member Diesel Posted July 28, 2005 Premium Member Report Share Posted July 28, 2005 If both JJ and Curry are matched... If Zsa-Zsa, Lue, Watson, and Dickau are gone by the time we finish with JJ and Curry.. What then? What will be our starting 5? Salim/J-Chill/J-Smoove/Al/A-Johnson.... Will we be picking Rudy Gay with our first pick??
emeans
If we don't get JJ or Curry, we then can get Chandler. Chicago can't sign Curry and Chandler.
RAHMOR
If we get nothing at all I still believe we will be a better team simply due to the fact that the Josh's will have more experience, Al will have more experience as a starter and Salim will contribute. That may account for a total of 17-20 wins this season. What it probably means is that we'll have a better chance and the #1 draft pick, Woody and BK will be alot closer to getting fired, the team will loose the momentum it has gained among the fan in Atlanta. I don't think it is possible for us to be any worse than last year.
Premium Member Vol4ever Posted July 28, 2005 Premium Member Report Share Posted July 28, 2005 we are required to spend around 75% of our salary cap. I guess in the end at the last moment BK will give Steven Hunter 15 mill a year for 6 years!!!
WraithSentinel
Only way I see the Bulls not matching is if the Hawks offer close to the max to both players.
NickJYD
This thread is easy. We just roll with 8 sf's as our rotation. Its Billy Knights wet dream anyway. And by the way, I should correct myself. We will be playing with a starting lineup of "basketball players", not small forwards.
Guest Walter
This season is starting to potentially scare me even more than last year. How a team cn go into a season so utterly unprepared at two positions was beyond me. Apparently, might not be beyond our GM, again. Hope our youngin' don't learn how to lose while we're building our all 6'8" roster. W
Premium Member Vol4ever Posted July 28, 2005 Premium Member Report Share Posted July 28, 2005 Billy has decided to come out of retirement and play the SG position. Maybe he can do better than the career 42% shooter he was.
