From the order itself, it sounds like there are several hoops for the Hawks to jump through in terms of giving Belkin notice and a 5-day period to cure his actions before being removed. I pray they have already done those things because Belkin could arguably keep himself as governor by allowing the JJ trade.

Surely Belkin will just decide to pack his stuff up and leave in this instance. The precedent has been set. He has to realize that if he tries this bullshit again, the other owners have the approval of the NBA to remove him from the NBA Board of Governors.

Maybe the notice to vote him out can be retroactive, meaning they can date it for August 4th, which was when they initially were taking the vote to remove him.
